The hotel is conveniently located close to the main square, making it easy to explore the city on foot. It is also in close proximity to the Jewish district and the Galleria Krakowska shopping center. The hotel offers well-equipped and clean rooms with tea/coffee facilities, and some even have balconies with great views of St Mary's Cathedral. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, providing maps, brochures, and assisting with tour arrangements. The breakfast is delicious and the hotel even prepares packed lunches for early departures.

The hotel's location close to everything was a major plus for me. It was just a short walk to the town center and Krakow's Main Square, making it very convenient to explore the city. The cleanliness of the rooms was also impressive, with the bed linen being of high quality and the rooms being scrupulously clean. Additionally, the hotel facilities were fully equipped and having a fridge in the room was a bonus. The staff at the reception were incredibly helpful and provided lots of useful information, including a Polish phrase sheet and tram numbers. They even had free sweets, cookies, and toys for children, which was a thoughtful touch.
For us, it was ideal.

I had a room in a quiet area of the hotel, making it the most peaceful stay I've ever had. The hotel's fantastic location allowed me to easily explore the nearby Old Jewish Quarter and transportation options were readily accessible. The staff went above and beyond to assist me, from providing helpful advice to arranging last-minute tours. The hotel itself had a charming European feel, with clean and spacious rooms and a delightful breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel for an enjoyable stay in Krakow.
